If you have not created a questionnaire yet, you won't have an install code yet. An Install Code is used to load your Questionnaire from the iCapture server to your device.
Note: Install codes are emailed to the email address of the main user of the account.
- Log in to your iCapture Back Office
- Click on the name of the Questionnaire you would like to install from the Questionnaire Dashboard
- The install code will be available at the top right of the page. If the yellow button says "Generate", click on the button to create the Install Code
You can now use this install code to install the questionnaire to a device with the iCapture app.
