To activate your plan, follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your iCapture Back Office
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Click on Plans + Pricing
  4. Click on Activate Now under the plan you want to activate. Note: If you select a plan that does not match your questionnaire features you will get a warning
  5. If you have a promo code click Custom Plan Code in the top right corner
  6. Select the number of licenses you want and click Next
  7. Enter the billing information for your card
  8. Click Enter Payment Info to move to the next screen
  9. Fill out the payment information
  10. Click Complete Purchase

If a questionnaire was installed to a device before the account was activated, you will need to reinstall the questionnaire on the device to remove the watermark. This can be done by entering the Install Code for the questionnaire on the device again.
