To reinstall a previously installed questionnaire remotely, first log into your iCapture Back Office:

  1. Click on the Devices tab
  2. Click on View Details by the desired device
  3. Under the Installed Questionnaires header, click Reinstall by the desired questionnaire
  4. Click OK to complete the installation

Close and reopen the app or touch the screen while iCapture is open to update the questionnaire.
