Birthday Question Does Not Transfer to Birthday Field in Constant Contact

In order to send Birthday data to Constant Contact additional information is required in our integration configuration. In order to complete this configuration do the following.

  1. Log into your Constant Contact account
  2. Go to Contacts
  3. Click on Sign-Up Tools
  4. Next to Sign Up Form, click on Actions, then Embed
  5. Locate the "ca" value in the Embeddable Sign-Up Form and contact iCapture support with the value
  6. Once your Constant Integration is updated Birthday information will process to the Birthday field in Constant Contact

Note: Only 100 submissions can be sent across per 24 hours. Any submissions over that number will be ignored and not processed.
