Captured Images Not Available in the Back Office After Uploading

If after uploading captures to your Back Office and the link in the downloaded spreadsheet doesn't have an image try the following:

  1. Ensure that your device is not going to sleep or being locked while uploading. 
  2. Make sure to the leave the app running so it can continue to upload the images.
  3. If you still have images waiting to upload enter the following install code - 2DEB23. Once installed, please capture using the Questionnaire called "Quick Remote Fix". Click the next button. This will reset some information within the app and the images should start to upload.

iCapture uploads the data first then it uploads the images. If the device goes to sleep or the app is closed prior to the image being uploaded, it will not be available in the assets.
