Devices Won't Connect to iCapture Back Office to Upload Captures

If you are unable to get your device to connect to the iCapture servers and upload your captures do the following:

  1. Launch iCapture and enter Install Code 2DEB23
  2. Begin to capture using the Questionnaire name "Quick Remote Fix"
  3. Touch the Touch this Button to Begin
  4. The the process will run and then reset you back to the main menu.
  5. The captures should begin to upload after a few seconds.
  6. If not uploading after 1 minute close the app and relaunch then from the Main Menu Touch Options>Sync to Server
