To cancel your auto renew first log into your iCapture Back Office:
- Click on "Manage Account"
- Under "My Account Status"
- Next to your plan type, click "cancel auto renew"
Your account will revert to inactive status on the end date of the paid period.
Note: Your account must be in active status in order to access your data. Please ensure that you have downloaded all your data before the account reverts to inactive status.
