Custom Thank You Screen

The iCapture Thank You screen is the signifier that your capture has been recorded.  You can disable the standard thank you screen with a POWER level subscription and using the following steps.

To add a custom thank you screen using a single image:

  1. Login to your iCapture Back Office
  2. Click on the "My Questionnaires" tab
  3. Click on "Setup Questionnaire" in the timeline
  4. In the Additional Options question type click "Other Features" and select "Single Image Thank You Screen"
  5. Click on Select/Upload image
  6. Set the Auto Click timer if not using buttons and set a timeout length (2-3 seconds is recommended)
  7. "Use as Custom Thank You Screen" should be set to Yes
  8. Click "Submit and Return to Questionnaire"
  9. Make it the last question in your questionnaire
  10. Click the "Settings" tab in Step 1 Setup timeline.
  11. Change "Thank You Screen" to Disabled - No Thank You Screen. This will disable the standard iCapture Thank You.(Power Plan Only)

Remember to re-enter your install code on your device(s) to load the newest version of your questionnaire.


To add a custom thank you screen using a HTML Screen:

  1. Login to your iCapture Back Office
  2. Click on the "My Questionnaires" tab
  3. Click on "Setup Questionnaire" in the timeline
  4. In the Additional Options question type click "HTML Screen - No Buttons".
  5. Click on "Click here to Edit" the HTML
  6. Set the Auto Click timer if not using buttons and set a timeout length (2-3 seconds is recommended)
  7. "Use as Custom Thank You Screen" should be set to Yes
  8. Click "Submit and Return to Questionnaire"
  9. Make it the last question in your questionnaire
  10. Click the "Settings" tab in Step 1 Setup timeline.
  11. Change "Thank You Screen" to Disabled - No Thank You Screen. This will disable the standard iCapture Thank You.(Power Plan Only)
