To reinstall a previously installed questionnaire remotely, first log into your iCapture Back Office:
- Click on the "Device Management" tab
- Click on "View Details" by the desired device
- Under the Installed Questionnaires header, click "Reinstall" by the desired questionnaire
- Click "OK" to complete the installation
Close and reopen the app or touch the screen while iCapture is open to update the questionnaire.
