How to Reinstall a Previously Installed Questionnaire Remotely

To reinstall a previously installed questionnaire remotely, first log into your iCapture Back Office:

  1. Click on the "Device Management" tab
  2. Click on "View Details" by the desired device
  3. Under the Installed Questionnaires header, click "Reinstall" by the desired questionnaire
  4. Click "OK" to complete the installation

Close and reopen the app or touch the screen while iCapture is open to update the questionnaire.
