How to Remove an Installed Questionnaire Remotely

To remove an installed questionnaire remotely, first log into your iCapture Back Office:

  1. Click on the "Device Management" tab
  2. Click on "View Details" by the desired device
  3. Under the Installed Questionnaires header,  click "Remove" by the desired questionnaire
  4. Click "OK" to complete the removal

That questionnaire will now be removed from the desired device.
