How to Reset a Device to the Main Menu Remotely

To reset a device to its main menu remotely, first log into your iCapture Back Office:

  1. Click on the "Device Management" tab
  2. Click on "View Details" by the desired device
  3. Click "Reset Device to Main Menu"
  4. Click "OK" to confirm

Once the device has been reset to the Main Menu when the iCapture app is launched it will not start in capture mode automatically
