When you purchase iCapture, you purchase a Plan for a specific number of device licenses that can be active on your account at any given time. Any device that is listed in Device Management in your iCapture Back Office is considered to be part of your Plan. It is up to the user to manage the number of active devices on their account. If the number of licenses purchased for your Plan is exceeded by the number of active devices in the iCapture Back Office, you may be charged for the extra device(s).
